Please download and read the UTS Activate Clubs Code of Conduct. Everyone attending ETC needs to agree to the Activate UTS Code of Conduct, and also sign an Activate Waiver Form.

The next step is to download, sign, and send in your Activate waiver form to conferences@credo.org.au.
