Rooms at ETC are single-sex dorms of 4-6 people, have an ensuite, and are organised by faculty groups.

Please download and read the UTS Activate Clubs Code of Conduct. Everyone attending ETC needs to agree to the Activate UTS Code of Conduct, and also sign an Activate Waiver Form.

Terms & Conditions

I understand that I may cancel my ETC registration by April 4th 2025 and get a full-refund for my ticket (less $20 admin fee).
I understand that if I cancel my ETC registration after April 4th 2025, I am still liable to pay the full registration amount (or any outstanding amount), and there will be no refund, UNLESS a replacement registration can be found to take my place.
I understand that I may be asked by ETC organisers to take covid19 precautions in line with NSW Public Health recommendations at the time, both prior to arrival on site as well as during ETC, and that such requests will be observed by myself. (including but not limited to: isolating if symptoms, proving negative test results, wearing a mask if required, and so forth). The Tops Conference Centre is a covidSafe venue provider.
I understand that Credo UTS use of 'The Tops' site for ETC25 is subject to respecting the standards and values of The Churches of Christ NSW/ACT denomination (the owners), which includes being a drug and alcohol free venue, and I am happy to comply with these requests during ETC attendance.
